30 GHz RF Switches in Silicon Family

Analog Devices’ new 30 GHz RF switches are general-purpose, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT), and four-throw (SP4T) switches, and are manufactured using a silicon process.

They come in a 20-lead and 24-terminal land grid array (LGA) package and provide high isolation and low insertion loss up to 30 GHz.

ADRF5020
100 MHz to 30 GHz, Silicon SPDT Switch

  • Nonreflective 50 Ω design
  • Low insertion loss: 2.0 dB to 30 GHz
  • High isolation: 60 dB to 30 GHz

ADRF5044

  • Nonreflective 50 Ω design
